Great bike fit service - bespoke, technical and accurate by a friendly, knowledgable professional.
I arranged a physiological bike fit with Diane prior to cycling 1000km over 9 days in Europe this summer and it was a genuinely great decision. I was significantly more comfortable than I expected over the ride, and that was due in no small part to the bike fit with Diane. I would absolutely recommend her services.
Before the actual fit, Diane carried out a physio review, taking into account my other activities and related medical history, including an examination. The fit itself was technically driven and bespoke to my specific needs. After the bike adjustments were completed (saddle positioning including seatpost height, handlebars, stem and cleats) Diane was also able to give me a full set of physiotherapy exercises to complement my existing set and to address some cycling-specific issues she identified.
Throughout, the fit was relaxed and there was no pressure, Diane was friendly, knowledgable and interested.
